Changes in life total are treated as life gain and life loss.

Tokens are included in the effect but shouldn’t actually be included in the shuffle. Tokens will cease to exist immediately after the spell resolves.

This card won’t be put into your graveyard until after it’s finished resolving, which means it won’t be shuffled into your library as part of its own effect.
